Job Title: Senior Charging Point Management System & OCPP ExpertLocation: Abu DhabiWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Charging Point Operator (CPO) operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Charging Point Management Systems (CPMS) OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) integration and the ability to connect and synchronize hardware with software platforms. This role also requires hands-on experience in EV charging station maintenance troubleshooting and optimization along with proven leadership capabilities.RequirementsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Electronics Computer Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years experience in the EV charging industry preferably in a CPO environment.Proven expertise in OCPP integration and Charging Point Management Systems.Strong knowledge of EV charger hardware firmware and network communication protocols.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining EV chargers (AC & DC).Leadership experience with the ability to manage and guide technical teams.Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with multiple EV charger brands and multi-vendor OCPP systems.Knowledge of backend software development concepts and APIs.Familiarity with renewable energy integration and battery storage systems.
