Senior Casting Operator

Oversees and operates casting equipment to ensure efficient and continuous production of molten steel into finished billets/slabs as per quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising casting activities monitoring process parameters ensuring proper metal flow mold preparation and temperature control. The role also involves leading casting crew troubleshooting operational issues maintaining equipment performance ensuring safety compliance and coordinating with production and quality teams to meet production targets.
