This role will play a key part in delivering sourcing strategies and supporting the business through effective commercial and supply decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing and procurement activities for related raw materialsDevelop and execute category and sourcing strategies in line with business needsManage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract execution to ensure best value, quality, and reliabilityMonitor market trends, pricing movements, crop developments, and supply risks to support proactive decision‑makingDrive cost optimization, value creation, and risk mitigation across the responsible portfolioPartner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth material planning and continuity of supplySupport budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning activitiesEnsure compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms, and sustainability requirementsIdentify opportunities for supplier development, process improvement, and procurement excellenceExperienceProven experience in direct procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within agricultural commodities, cocoa, oil, dairy products and/or food ingredientsGood understanding of commodity markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply dynamicsExperience managing contracts, supply risks, and cross‑functional stakeholder alignmentFunctional KnowledgeExperience in cocoa, chocolate, confectionery, or broader food ingredients categories such as dairy, nuts, oilsExposure to international sourcing and supplier marketsFamiliarity with ERP systems and procurement toolsJoin us and be part of a team that's not just shaping the future of food and beverage but also making a meaningful impact on the world.
