Our expertise lies in serving the medium‑to‑large enterprises with focus industries helping clients achieve full ERP implementation and compliance in record time.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a consultative, tech‑savvy sales professional to bridge the gap between complex client needs and our expert technical teams. You won't just "demonstrate software"—you will architect solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesEngage with C-level executives and operations managers in the focus industries (e.g. Construction, Contracting, Manufacturing) to diagnose pain points.Conduct high-level discovery sessions and product demonstrations (generic ERPNext or Accurate-custom solutions) tailored to specific business needsArchitect and propose tailored ERP solutions, translating business requirements into technical scopes of work (SOW).Lead the preparation of winning technical and commercial proposals.Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth handover, ensuring client satisfaction from sale to go-live.QualificationsIndustry Focus: Proven experience selling to or working within the Contracting/Construction or Manufacturing industries. You understand concepts like project-based accounting, supply chains, WBS or subcontractor management.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B software/ERP sales.Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with ERPNext, Odoo, or equivalent ERP systems. You don't need to be a developer, but you must be able to lead a high-level demo and discuss solution architecture credibly.Communication: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (speaking, presenting, and writing) is mandatory for engaging with local stakeholders.Consultative Approach: Strong analytical skills to synthesize client needs into actionable solution roadmaps.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Additional Preferred SkillsExisting network within the KSA Construction or Manufacturing sectors.Experience with ZATCA II compliance requirements in contracting and construction business is a plus.How to ApplyReady to build the future of KSA's enterprises?
