Job Description

Role SummaryThe T24 Senior Business Engineer will act as a subject matter expert for Temenos Transact (T24), responsible for end-to-end business solution design, configuration, and support across multiple banking products. The role focuses on customer onboarding, KYC, account lifecycle management, delivery advices (SWIFT & print), and periodic statements, ensuring seamless operations across Payments, Lending, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Treasury.Key ResponsibilitiesCore T24 Functional ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior functional expert for Temenos Transact (T24) across multiple banking domains.Translate business requirements / pain points / issues into functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration setups.Support system enhancements, parameterization, testing, and production deployment.Customer Onboarding & KYCDesign, configure, and support customer onboarding workflows in T24.Handle KYC, CIF creation, maintenance, and regulatory data management.Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory standards across jurisdictions.Support customer lifecycle events including updates, reviews, and closures.Account Opening & MaintenanceManage account opening, amendments, closures, and maintenance for:DepositsLending productsPayment accountsTrade Finance accountsTreasury accountsEnsure accurate product setup, interest conditions, charges, and fees.Payments & Delivery AdvicesConfigure and support payment processing across domestic and international channels.Handle delivery advices, including:SWIFT messages (MT/MX)Print advices and customer notificationsEnsure proper message formatting, routing, and reconciliation.Product CoverageProvide functional coverage and support across:PaymentsLendingDepositsTrade FinanceTreasuryCollaborate with product teams to support new product launches and enhancements.Statements & ReportingConfigure and support monthly and periodic customer statements.Ensure statement accuracy, formatting, and delivery across channels (print / electronic).Support regulatory and customer reporting requirements.Testing & SupportLead or support UAT, SIT, and regression testing activities.Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 functional support.Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and operations for issue resolution.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a bridge between business users, IT teams, vendors, and operations.Provide functional guidance, documentation, and training to end users.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical / Functional SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.Solid understanding of banking business processes and end-to-end transaction flows.Experience with SWIFT messaging (MT/MX) and delivery advices.Knowledge of products lifecycle management and data structures in T24.Domain KnowledgePaymentsLendingDepositsTrade FinanceTreasurySoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and lead functional initiatives.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.Experience & Qualifications10+ years of experience in banking systems with significant exposure to T24 / Temenos Transact.Proven experience in customer onboarding, KYC, account management, and payments.Experience working in implementation, upgrade, or production support environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
