Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.What You’ll DoAs a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across strategic accounts in North Africa. You will focus on building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and partnering closely with Account Executives to execute targeted account strategies.Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaignsIdentify, research, and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organizationsPartner closely with Account Executives to execute account-based strategies and develop territoriesQualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, converting them into high-quality sales opportunitiesClearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challengesConsistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with regional revenue goalsMaintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting in SalesforceMeet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline creation, and conversion ratesWhat You BringYou are a driven, curious, and results-oriented professional with a passion for building pipeline and engaging customers.3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environmentsFluent in French (essential) and professional proficiency in EnglishStrong understanding of North African markets and business cultureProven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generationComfortable engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizationsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsExperience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools is a plusCurrently based in the UAEWhy GenesysJoin a global leader in customer experience and cloud technologyBe part of a high-growth region with strong market potentialCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesClear career progression within an international sales organizationCollaborative, diverse, and inclusive team environmentIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About GenesysGenesys® empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
