We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Business Development professional to drive strategic growth, develop long-term partnerships and champion our services across international markets.About the Role: Senior Business DevelopmentWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Part-Time) to support our growth in the Gulf market, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has proven experience in business development or business consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in a competitive market.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the Gulf marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clientsConduct market research and identify new leads and partnershipsPrepare proposals, presentations, and business pitchesNegotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targetsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service deliveryReport regularly on sales pipeline, performance, and market insightsQualificationsProven track record (1-2 years) in B2B business development or sales leadership, preferably within localization, translation, language services or Business Consultations.Strong commercial and strategic mindset with demonstrable experience in complex proposal development, pricing and contract negotiation.Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.Confident communicator and presenter, experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.Practical experience with CRM systems, MS Office and sales reporting tools; comfortable analyzing data to drive decisions.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultural contexts.Customer-focused, resilient and highly organized—able to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent results under pressure.Experience in coaching or leading more junior team members is desirable.What Success Looks Like in This RolePrevious experience in Business Development, preferably within Business ConsultingSaudi nationality is preferred, or Arabs who have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for a long periodStrong understanding of the Saudi / Gulf business environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEnglish Proficiency: Full Professional ProficiencyResults-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.What You\'ll Gain: Leadership, Impact & DevelopmentFlexible part-time working modelOpportunity to work with a growing business in the Gulf marketPerformance-based commission with real growth potentialReady to Make a Difference?If you are strategically minded, commercially driven and skilled at turning relationships into long-term partnerships, we would love to hear from you.
