We are recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager on behalf of our client – a leading global player in the OTC derivatives brokerage space.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to play a key role in client acquisition and relationship development across eFX, CFDs, and other OTC derivative products.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or BusinessMinimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs)Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firmStrong existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs)Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsHigh ethical standards and professional integrityFull understanding of relevant regulatory frameworksRole ResponsibilitiesOriginate and onboard new clients through proactive networking and lead conversionManage the full sales lifecycle including KYC, onboarding, and ongoing supportCollaborate across internal departments to deliver a seamless client experienceRepresent the firm with professionalism and commitment to service excellenceCandidate ProfileNative Arabic speaker with strong command of EnglishResident of the UAE for at least 5 yearsWilling to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi at least twice a weekJob DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales, Business Development, and Customer ServiceIndustry: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
