Senior Business Development Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager on behalf of our client – a leading global player in the OTC derivatives brokerage space.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to play a key role in client acquisition and relationship development across eFX, CFDs, and other OTC derivative products.Key Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Finance or BusinessMinimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs)Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firmStrong existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs)Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsHigh ethical standards and professional integrityFull understanding of relevant regulatory frameworksRole Responsibilities :Originate and onboard new clients through proactive networking and lead conversionManage the full sales lifecycle including KYC, onboarding, and ongoing supportCollaborate across internal departments to deliver a seamless client experienceRepresent the firm with professionalism and commitment to service excellenceCandidate Profile :Native Arabic speaker with strong command of EnglishResident of the UAE for at least 5 yearsWilling to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi at least twice a week#J-18808-Ljbffr
