Social Donut is looking for a BD rockstar who can pitch, close, and scale with us.We’re not your average creative agency. At Social Donut, we mix design-first thinking with performance marketing to help brands create content that actually converts. From startups to scale-ups, we’ve worked with 100+ clients across industries like fintech, D2C, SaaS, and more — including brands like AstroTalk, Mystic Mondays, GetVantage, and Zimetrics.We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior BD Executive who can spot opportunities, close deals, and grow our global footprint.Role OverviewAs our Senior Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Social Donut to potential clients. You’ll lead discovery calls, pitch creative solutions, build partnerships, and drive revenue. If you love consultative selling and can hustle with heart, this one’s for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn outbound sales: generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, networking, and eventsPitch Social Donut’s creative + performance offerings to startups, scale-ups, and growth-stage brandsBuild and manage a sales pipeline across India, UAE, UK, and SEACustomize proposals with the strategy and creative team to win high-ticket dealsMeet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targetsMaintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and client recordsRepresent the agency at industry events and webinarsShare market intelligence and pitch feedback with the team to refine our GTMRequirements3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in creative, marketing, or SaaSProven track record of closing B2B dealsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of digital marketing, design, branding, or influencer campaignsEntrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environmentBonus PointsExperience selling to international markets (US, UAE, SEA, UK)Worked in or with creative agencies or performance marketing companiesFamiliar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorApply NowName *Email *Phone Number *Tell Us About Yourself *Resume Upload * Upload a file or drag and drop 50 MB limit per fileLink to Portfolio/WorkReport form Please specify the reason you want to report this form.
