<div><h3>Location</h3><p>Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><h3>Industry</h3><p>Healthcare IT / HealthTech / Digital Health</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full-Time</p><h3>Role Purpose</h3><p>We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering healthcare technology and analytics initiatives across the UAE. This position goes beyond classical business analysis: the successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to business and clinical leadership, and as a core member of the<b>Data Intelligence&Value Creation function</b>, converting complex healthcare data into tangible operational and commercial outcomes.</p><p>You will work closely with clinical operations, finance, commercial teams and technical delivery squads (data engineering, BI, product and software) to identify opportunities where<b>data insights can drive measurable value</b>— including measurement and evaluation, program management, performance improvement, cost reduction, deep dive into patient journey enhancement and the creation of new solution offerings that generate revenue and market differentiation.</p><h3>Key Outcomes Expected</h3><p>Within the first 6–12 months, the Senior Business Analyst is expected to:</p><ul><li>Establish a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and available datasets (clinical, operational, financial).</li><li>Define and standardize KPI frameworks and reporting structures aligned with leadership priorities.</li><li>Translate insight areas into initiatives with clear business cases and benefits realization metrics.</li><li>Create repeatable mechanisms to identify “insight-driven leads” — opportunities for new products, upsell/cross-sell, partnerships, or service offerings.</li><li>Strengthen the bridge between stakeholders and data/tech teams by improving requirements quality, reducing rework, and accelerating delivery cycles.</li></ul><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>1) Business Analysis Leadership (End-to-End)</b><ul><li>Lead discovery and analysis efforts across healthcare IT and analytics programs, from initial problem definition through delivery and benefits tracking.</li><li>Facilitate structured stakeholder workshops (clinical, operational, executive) to surface pain points, value opportunities, and adoption risks.</li><li>Produce high-quality documentation and artifacts such as:</li><li>BRDs / FRDs / PRDs (as applicable)</li><li>Epics and user stories with acceptance criteria</li><li>Process maps (AS-IS / TO-BE) using BPMN/UML</li><li>Data requirement specifications, reporting definitions, and KPI dictionaries</li><li>Gap analysis, dependency mapping, and impact assessments</li><li>Act as a quality gatekeeper for requirements: ensuring clarity, testability, traceability, and alignment to business objectives.</li></ul></li><li><b>2) Data&Insights-to-Value (Data Team Embedded Role)</b><ul><li>Operate as a business-facing member of the<b>data team</b>, translating stakeholder questions into analytical hypotheses and measurable metrics.</li><li>Work with BI/data engineering teams to define data pipelines, semantic layers, dashboards, and self-service reporting structures.</li><li>Identify Population Health Management driven value creation opportunities, as the Hyper-personalized patient program such as reducing avoidable utilization, optimizing care pathways, and improving outcomes that enhance payer/provider performance targets.</li><li>Convert the program findings into repeatable solution offerings (e.g., “Diabetes Performance Command Center”, “Readmission Reduction Analytics Pack”, “Care Gaps Automation Module”).</li><li>Analyze trends across healthcare datasets (examples below) to identify meaningful improvement or monetization opportunities:</li><li>Patient flow and wait-time bottlenecks</li><li>Utilization and capacity planning (beds, clinics, OT, staff)</li><li>Revenue cycle leakage (denials, billing delays, coding patterns)</li><li>Readmission and high-risk cohort patterns (population health)</li><li>Appointment no-shows and scheduling efficiency</li><li>Medication, lab, imaging turnaround times (where applicable)</li><li>Convert insights into<b>actionable recommendations</b>with clear benefit statements:</li><li>Efficiency gains, cost reduction, risk reduction, experience improvement, revenue enhancement.</li><li>Drive “value realization” discipline by defining baseline metrics, target states, and measurement methods for initiatives.</li></ul></li><li><b>3) Commercial Enablement&Lead Generation from Insights</b><ul><li>Partner with commercial/strategy leadership to translate analytics findings into “lead opportunities” — new engagements, upsell opportunities, and solution propositions.</li><li>Identify patterns that can be packaged into repeatable offerings (e.g., operational performance analytics, revenue cycle dashboards, compliance reporting packs).</li><li>Support go-to-market activities by producing:</li><li>Insight narratives and value proposit
