Senior Business Analyst

Lockton MENA is building out a PMO team and requires the successful candidate to be able to help frame and mature the services/standards provided and act as an enabler, assisting the successful delivery of our project portfolio whilst providing our leaders with the insights and assurances they need to support successful delivery.Reporting to the Regional Strategy & PMO Lead and working with senior stakeholders across various Divisions, the Senior Business Analyst will fill a critical role within the organisation tasked with collecting, understanding, documenting, and representing business requirements for projects across the portfolio.This is a very varied role, which will provide the opportunity to use existing skills and experience whilst acquiring new ones. The portfolio has initially been created to help support therealisation of business benefits following the continued expansion of Lockton MENA.Key ResponsibilitiesResearching business processes, creating reports with recommendations to management; identifying, understanding, developing and validating business needsProduce functional and non-functional requirements with supporting documentationEndorse business requirements with an emphasis on collaboration, delivery, and a focus on the tactical and/or strategic goals of the project and the businessTo review and identify opportunities to optimise current business capabilities and processes and drive efficienciesTake a lead role in the project throughout the full project lifecycle from definition of business needs through to solution fulfilling the defined requirementsSupport implementation and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet expectations and business requirementsAnalysing business structure to determine how it operates and determine its objectivesAlways having the business user and the experience of our customers/clients in mindSupport the business throughout the project life cycle with emphasis on the testing phasesBe an active advocate for change and bring your knowledge of best practise in business analysis to help progress the teams’ continual improvementOversee and supervise BA team tasks and deliverables alongside the PMO Lead.About YouA solid understanding of the insurance/reinsurance industryDemonstrable experience as a high performing Business Analyst with experience in change management, digital, or transformation environments.Effective communicator with internal stakeholders (at all levels) in the business, understanding their needsStrong ability to analyse business needs and translate into business user requirementsSkilled at performing business process and gap analysis with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimisationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible and adaptable with experience of working to tight/changing deadlinesDelivery and detail focussed when implementing changes to support business requirementsCan do attitude (no job is too small or too big) with the ability to work on your own or as part of a bigger teamRe/insurance Broker experienceExperience of acquisition, integration or business transferExperience of Target Operating Model design/rollout; system implementations/general business change#J-18808-Ljbffr
