You will enhance the promotion of Amgen's products and communicate critical messages by collaborating with partners to serve patients:Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plansEvaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with managerPartner with Cluster/Territory Teams and collaborate (Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager etc.) to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilitiesEngage with peers and District Manager to learn standard methodologiesDemonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.Identify and capture competitive informationFollow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashionReport customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-dateDemonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needsOperate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA prioritiesSeek inputs and assistance to coordinate activitiesContinuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs and drive self-developmentWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.
