Senior BIM Modeler

Job Description Description: Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models and construction drawings for road networks, wet utilities, and site infrastructure using Autodesk Civil 3D. Interpret and model wet infrastructure systems such as water, sewer, stormwater, and drainage networks. Collaborate effectively with structural, MEP, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated design solutions. Ensure models and drawings adhere to relevant international design standards, codes, and project specifications. Manage project-related data, maintain documentation, and adhere to internal quality assurance protocols. Work independently, taking full ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables. Support project teams in resolving design interface issues and provide technical input during project execution. Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, compliance documentation, and tender drawings. Profile & Skills Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and utilities BIM modeling, including roads and underground services. Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D; knowledge of Bentley Open Roads is required; familiarity with Revit Structure is advantageous. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, structural detailing, and construction methodologies. Experience in preparing working drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications. Strong knowledge of international design standards and BIM collaboration workflows. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience in multi-disciplinary project collaboration.
