Senior BIM Manager

<div><p>The Programme BIM Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving BIM implementation and digital delivery excellence across SEVEN’s entire development portfolio. This role will oversee the strategic coordination of BIM standards, workflows, and technology platforms across all entertainment destinations, ensuring consistency and quality of project data.</p><p>The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing multi-project BIM delivery at the program level, acting as a bridge between strategic objectives and execution teams. They will provide expert guidance to design consultants, contractors, and internal project teams, ensuring full alignment with SEVEN’s Common Data Environment (CDE), ISO 19650-based standards, and digital twin ambitions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support in executing SEVEN’s enterprise-wide BIM strategy.</li><li>Lead the integration of BIM standards, workflows, and tools across multiple mega/giga-projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.</li><li>Serve as the primary BIM delivery lead across all projects, driving consistency and compliance with SEVEN’s BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Information Requirements (EIRs/AIRs).</li></ul><h3>Digital Delivery&CDE Oversight</h3><ul><li>Oversee the deployment and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) across SEVEN’s portfolio, ensuring structured information exchange between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Monitor adherence to naming conventions, metadata standards, and project-specific workflows to maintain data integrity.</li></ul><h3>Technical Expertise&Quality Assurance</h3><ul><li>Provide technical leadership in BIM authoring tools, model federation, and data management processes.</li><li>Lead Model Audits, Quality Reviews, and Design Coordination activities, ensuring project teams deliver high-quality, clash-free, and data-rich models.</li><li>Support the integration of BIM data into GIS platforms, asset management systems, and digital twin initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Collaborate closely with internal project managers, design consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of BIM deliverables at all project stages.</li><li>Act as a BIM subject matter expert for project teams, providing technical solutions and guidance for complex BIM challenges.</li></ul><h3>Standards&Process Development</h3><ul><li>Contribute to the evolution of SEVEN’s BIM and Digital Delivery Standards, aligning with ISO 19650 and other global best practices.</li><li>Create and maintain project-specific BEPs, asset information requirements, and workflows for design, construction, and handover phases.</li></ul><h3>Training&Capability Development</h3><ul><li>Mentor BIM Managers, Coordinators, and project delivery teams to improve BIM proficiency and ensure consistent application of standards.</li><li>Deliver targeted training sessions to upskill SEVEN’s internal teams and partner organizations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Master’s degree in BIM, Digital Construction, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
