Through our member companies, including SMEC and Robert Bird Group, we deliver high‑impact engineering and design solutions across transport, water, energy, and cities.The RoleWe are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of major infrastructure and rail projects in the UAE.This role focuses on multidisciplinary BIM coordination, digital delivery governance, and ISO 19650‑based workflows across the full project lifecycle, from design through to handover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead BIM coordination across civil, structural, MEP, and systems disciplinesDevelop, review, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), MIDP, TIDP, and EIR requirementsManage and administer Common Data Environments (CDE) such as ACC, BIM 360, or ProjectWiseConduct and manage clash detection, model federation, and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar toolsEnsure model quality, compliance, and adherence to project BIM standards and ISO 19650Support design teams in delivering fully coordinated and accurate models and drawingsFacilitate coordination meetings and manage information exchange between stakeholdersMonitor model health, QA/QC processes, and digital delivery performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or related engineering discipline10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 3‑5 years in BIM coordination rolesStrong experience in infrastructure/rail/metro projectsProven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination (not just modelling)Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BEP, MIDP, and CDE workflowsProficiency in:RevitNavisworksCivil 3D (preferred)Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar platformsExperience in client‑facing coordination and stakeholder managementStrong communication and problem‑solving skillsWhy Join SJJoin a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people‑centric environments across 40+ countries.
