Senior Bidding Manager

<div><p>The role is crucial in driving the growth and success of OCS Arabia by securing new business opportunities through effective bidding strategies and proposal development.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement bidding strategies to win new business opportunities, including analysis of bid requirements, market research, and competitive positioning.</li><li>Lead the development of bid proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition and differentiators.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end bid process (kick‑off, timelines, submission compliance), including risk assessments, proposal review/editing, and approvals.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors; attend industry events and collaborate on joint bids.</li><li>Conduct pricing and cost analysis to determine competitive strategies and ensure profitability; partner with finance and operations on pricing models and feasibility assessments.</li><li>Continuously improve the bidding process, tools, and templates by monitoring trends, benchmarking, and applying lessons learned.</li><li>Provide leadership to the bidding team (Estimator and Technical Bid Writer) by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a high‑performing culture.</li></ul><h3>Educational Qualifications and Certifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of the Facilities Management (FM) industry, services, contract types, regulations, and market trends.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in bid management methodologies (strategy development, proposal writing, submission processes) with a track record of winning bids.</li><li>Ability to analyse pricing models, perform cost analysis, and assess financial feasibility; understanding of profitability metrics.</li></ul><h3>Language Skills</h3><ul><li>Arabic is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>5‑7 years of experience in bidding for FM contracts or similar industries in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
