Senior BI Engineer (Tableau)

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Mid Senior BI Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.Job SummaryThe Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role involves building and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting tools while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance of BI systems. The BI Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.Design, develop, and maintain semantic model using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSASCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate the BI solutions.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy across BI systems.Monitor BI solutions for performance and implement improvements where necessary.Stay updated with industry best practices and new BI technologies.QualificationsBachelors degree in CS, IS, or related field.Proven experience 5+ years as a BI Engineer, or similar role.Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSAS).Proficiency in design tools (Figma) and dashboard storytelling.Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases.Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, OLAP, and dimensional modeling.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Tableau Expert is a must.Must be an Arabic speaker.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis.Previous experience in Banking sector or Telecom or Public Sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
