Senior BI Developer

Business Intelligence (BI), Senior BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support the bank’s compliance and regulatory reporting requirements, particularly those mandated by Compliance and Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE). The role ensures accurate, timely, and secure delivery of reports by leveraging BI tools, integrating data from multiple sources, and applying a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and banking operations.Principal AccountabilitiesBI Reporting & VisualizationDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, OBIE, or equivalent).Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Automate recurring reports and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.ETL Development & Data IntegrationDesign, develop, and optimize ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all ETL processes.Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues.Experience+7 years of experience in ETL development and BI reporting.Strong experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL tools.Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, OBIE, Tableau, or Qlik.Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Arabic language is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
