You will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient payment processes to support our global user base.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance payment operations efficiency scalability and reliabilityTeam Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of payment operations professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to achieve departmental goalsProcess Optimization: Continuously assess and improve payment processes to streamline operations reduce costs and enhance user experienceRisk Management: Collaborate with the Risk team to implement robust risk management protocols to mitigate fraud and compliance risks associated with payment operationsVendor Management: Manage relationships with payment service providers financial institutions and other vendors to ensure optimal service levels and competitive pricingCrossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product engineering compliance and customer support to drive alignment and achieve business objectivesPerformance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of payment operations analysing data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvementRegulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards governing payment operations staying informed about changes and updates to regulationsMarket Research and Analytics: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends customer preferences and competitive landscape in the payments industry. Utilise project management methodologies and tools to drive project successRequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
