As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.</p><p><b>Position Overview:</b>The Senior Backend Engineer leads the design and implementation of complex backend systems. This role requires mastery in Python, Django/Flask, and/or C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git, and focuses on strategic technical decision-making.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems.</li><li>Set coding standards and lead code reviews.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science.</li><li>4+ years of backend development experience.</li><li>Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and/or .NET C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git.</li><li>Proven experience in leading large-scale software development projects.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Perfect English Language is a Must.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
