Role Requirement We are looking for a sharp and dependable Senior Backend Engineer to help our client build the next generation of high-performance trading infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges from optimizing memory usage and managing real-time socket connections to load testing mission-critical systems under pressure. Key Responsibilities Develop robust and scalable backend systems using to support mission-critical applicationsEngineer low-latency real-time communication features leveraging WebSockets or equivalent protocolsOptimize memory usage and enhance system efficiency under demanding workloadsLead efforts in stress testing performance analysis and tuning of backend servicesWork closely with frontend engineers and DevOps to ensure secure reliable and well-integrated deploymentsProduce high-quality maintainable and well-tested code following best practicesEnhance data flow and maximize performance in high-concurrency low-latency systemsDesign and deploy resilient infrastructure with robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms Qualifications Minimum 6 years of backend engineering experience including 5 years working extensively with Solid grasp of asynchronous workflows and event-driven system designProven experience building real-time applications using WebSockets data streaming and push technologiesDemonstrated expertise in memory analysis garbage collection optimization and identifying memory leaksFamiliarity with performance testing tools such as Artillery k6 or JMeterPractical experience working with Redis PostgreSQL and optionally MongoDBSkilled in diagnosing performance bottlenecks and conducting in-depth debugging across complex systemsStrong knowledge of containerization CI/CD workflows and designing microservices-based systemsFamiliarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is an advantageBackground in building and maintaining distributed high-availability infrastructure Favoured Industry experience in fintech gaming or high-speed trading environmentsHands-on background with binary protocols custom-built socket servers or low-level networkingProficient in designing scalable infrastructure using KubernetesComfortable working with real-time observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a world-class team.
