Senior AV&Networking Project Manager

This role requires a strong background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest quality standards.</p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><h3>Project Leadership&Execution</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end delivery of Audio-Visual and Networking projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Oversee deployment of AV systems for new projects, Day 2 projects, replacement projects, and system decommissioning efforts.</li><li>Define project scope, deliverables, and objectives while aligning with business goals.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution.</li></ul><h3>Technical&Process Management</h3><ul><li>Possess deep technical knowledge of AV and Network products, including their capabilities and limitations.</li><li>Drive process improvements and ensure best practices in system design, implementation, and lifecycle management.</li><li>Make informed recommendations on product selection, redesign, and technological enhancements based on project needs.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Engagement&Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner with global teams, including engineers, security teams, leadership, and other Project Managers.</li><li>Work closely with external technology providers, customers, and partner teams to align expectations and ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at multiple levels.</li></ul><h3>Problem-Solving&Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Proactively identify potential issues in AV and networking solutions, ensuring the correct resources are engaged for resolution.</li><li>Provide technical oversight and guidance to address errors and optimize solutions.</li></ul><h3>Training&Mentorship</h3><ul><li>Train and mentor junior team members, providing measurable growth opportunities.</li><li>Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying and recommending strong candidates for the team.</li></ul><h3>Global Impact&Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li>Contribute to global process improvement initiatives and documentation.</li><li>Optimize cross-functional workflows and drive efficiencies across regional and global teams.</li></ul><h3>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA</h3><h3>Education&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in project management, AV system integration, networking, or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Technical Expertise</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of Audio-Visual and Networking products, including deployment methodologies.</li><li>Experience managing complex AV system rollouts and network implementations.</li><li>Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies to optimize business outcomes.</li></ul><h3>Project&Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.</li></ul><h3>Problem-Solving&Adaptability</h3><ul><li>Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, with the ability to drive clarity and structure.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.</li></ul><p>EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
