Senior Automation Engineer - Node.js (Arabic Speaker)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and full-stack development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AI code generation tools and the ability to leverage them to enhance development speed, code quality, and overall engineering efficiency.This role requires strong backend capability, solid frontend exposure, and a deep understanding of scalable system design. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.Experience : 7+ yearsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and ReactBuild scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservicesDevelop responsive and high-performance user interfacesIntegrate and effectively utilize AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development workflowsWrite clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver featuresParticipate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issuesContribute to CI/CD automation and deployment pipelinesRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in full-stack developmentStrong proficiency in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)Strong experience with TypeScriptHands-on experience with AI code generation tools and understanding of prompt engineering for codingExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)Solid understanding of RESTful API design principlesExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsFluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory)Preferred QualificationsExperience in Banking / Fintech domainExposure to Microservices architectureCloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)Experience working in Agile environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
