In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic stakeholder engagement activities that align with our organization’s goals and values.Track record of successful completed projects authority approvals experience with Dubai Municipality, CED Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai South etc...Demonstrate and execute comprehensive stakeholder management strategies to support organizational objectivesIdentify, analyze, and prioritize key stakeholders, including internal and external partiesStakeholder mapping exercises and maintain up-to-date stakeholder databases like authority tracking registerCultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government entities, community organizations, and business partnersDesign and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engagedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignmentConduct regular stakeholder analysis and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-makingManage and mitigate stakeholder‑related risks and issuesOrganize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and eventsDevelop and deliver stakeholder engagement reports and presentations to executive leadershipStay current with industry trends and best practices in stakeholder managementWhat do we need from youBachelor’s in Architecture / B.Sc in ArchitectureMinimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder management fieldProven track record of successful stakeholder engagement strategiesExperience in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesOutstanding presentation and facilitation skillsProficiency in stakeholder management toolsUnderstanding of corporate governance and sustainability practicesKnowledge of industry regulations and best practices in stakeholder engagementAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel within the UAE as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
