Job Description
OverviewThe position of Senior Associate-Succession Planning UAEN requires expertise in succession planning within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on supporting the Human Resources department to ensure effective talent management strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and potential successors within the organisation.Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership development.Maintain and update succession planning frameworks and databases to reflect organisational needs.Facilitate talent reviews and provide insights to senior management on employee development plans.Support the design and delivery of training programmes tailored to future leadership requirements.Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in succession planning processes.Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices in succession planning and talent management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.Job OfferCompetitive salary package ranging from AED 410,400 to AED 501,600 annually.Standard benefits, including health insurance and leave entitlements.Opportunity to work with a large organisation in the industrial/manufacturing sector.Exposure to a dynamic and professional environment in Abu Dhabi.QualificationsStrong knowledge of succession planning and talent management principles.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in analysing workforce data and providing actionable insights.Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Capability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HR systems and tools relevant to succession planning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
