Modon is at the forefront of urban innovation, creating iconic designs and experiences that continually surpass expectations.From real estate to hospitality, asset and investment management, events, catering and tourism, we are bringing cities to life through delivering long‑term and sustainable value.About The RoleModon is seeking a motivated Senior Associate – Residential Off-Plan Sales to support the continued growth of its real estate development portfolio.This role will work closely with the Sales Leadership team to support sales performance across residential developments, engage with investors and end-users, and contribute to the successful delivery of project launches and sales campaigns.The ideal candidate is a client-focused sales professional with strong communication skills and an interest in off‑plan real estate, looking to grow their career within one of the region’s most dynamic property markets.Your role as a Senior Associate, Sales would include supporting business objectives, lead acquisitions, foster customer relationships, execute business development, and provide sales support for the launch and operations of new projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team in driving residential off‑plan property sales across Modon’s development portfolio.Assist with client engagement, including property presentations, project briefings, and follow‑ups with prospective buyers and investors.Help manage the sales journey, from lead generation through reservation and transaction coordination.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inventory availability, pricing, and sales activity using CRM systems.Assist in preparing sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights for Sales Leadership.Support the planning and execution of project launches, promotional events, and sales campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and agency networks.Stay informed on market trends, competitor projects, and buyer demand across the Abu Dhabi residential property market.Work closely with internal teams including Sales Administration, Marketing, and CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience.Contribute to achieving overall sales targets and customer engagement goals.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or a client‑facing sales environment.Exposure to residential or off‑plan property sales would be advantageous.Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is beneficial.A proactive mindset with a strong interest in the UAE real estate market.Why Join ModonOpportunity to work on high‑profile residential developments in one of the region’s most exciting real estate markets.Exposure to large‑scale project launches and investor engagement.A collaborative environment that supports career growth within real estate development and sales.The chance to contribute to iconic communities shaping the future of Abu Dhabi.#J-18808-Ljbffr
