Senior Associate – Revenue & Receivables

Senior Associate – Revenue & Receivables will be responsible for supporting the revenue operations Team at SEVEN Finance Operations. This role requires a transactional level background in revenue management as well as Revenue Accounting. The primary goal of the role is to ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices and credit notes and follow up on outstanding balances.Functional AccountabilitiesKey Accountability AreasAccountingRaising and processing invoices for clientsRaising and processing credit notesEnsure that Customer billing is performed on a timely basisFollow up on overdue balancesEnsure that Accounts Receivables reports and data is always kept up to date with timely invoicing, billing follow ups, application of all receipts and maintaining up to date customer accountsPerform revenue reconciliation to identify any variations and escalatePerform VAT Reconciliation to SalesPerform Cash and credit card clearingCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure that revenue management practices do not conflict with other business areas, particularly in sales or marketing.Understand and identify risks/opportunities in revenue performance, evaluate the financial impact of changes to the business, present revenue management recommendations for a wide variety of outlets.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent as a minimum.Required Experience2 years of relevant experienceExperience in revenue management and Accounting Standards (IFRS, SOCPA, etc.) in multiple sectors (Hospitality and entertainments) is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
