Job Description
Job Description As a Senior Associate in the Operations department at PwC, your role will involve specializing in consulting services for a variety of business applications to help clients optimize their operational efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.
- Experience working as a tester with knowledge of test case and test plan authoring.
- Develop automation scripts in Selenium, Java, or using any programming language.
- Conduct UI and API automation.
- Work in Agile methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Understand user stories and their acceptance criteria to scope and estimate automation effort.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated scripts in a CI/CD environment.
- Communicate defects and verify fixes.
- Utilize source code control systems like GIT and Continuous Integration tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
- Debug and isolate test automation issues.
- Preferably have AI-driven automation development experience using tools like cursor, copilot, Agentic, etc.
- Work with Postman or similar tools for testing.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Experience with Quality Assurance (QA).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Mandatory skills in QA Tester and Automation Testing.
