JOB TITLESenior Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions | Emirati Talent | Majid Al Futtaim Holding | FinanceROLE SUMMARYAs a Senior Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities and executing M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle. You will support financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and preparation of strategic materials for senior leadership and the Board. This is a high‑impact role suited for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and driven professional.ROLE PROFILESupport the day‑to‑day execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including coordination with internal and external stakeholdersConduct detailed financial analysis, including historical performance review, forecasting, cash‑flow modeling, and basic financial modellingAssist in valuations and other transaction‑related financial matters in collaboration with advisors and internal teamsManage information flow with third‑party advisors, overseeing data rooms, documentation, and Q&A processesSupport cross‑functional due diligence by working with Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, and Legal teamsPrepare internal presentations, research summaries, and executive/board materials to support investment decision‑makingTrack, analyze, and report on sector trends, market developments, and news in existing and target geographiesContribute to environmental stewardship by aligning work practices with ISO standards and improving relevant systemsREQUIREMENTSBachelor degree in Business, Economics or FinanceStrong analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, cash‑flow analysis, and interpretation of financial outputsAbility to support full transaction execution and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external advisorsExcellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environmentWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
