We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for leading mechanical engineering projects providing technical expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.Lead the design development and implementation of complex mechanical systems and componentsManage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsConduct detailed engineering analyses and provide technical recommendations to optimize system performanceCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplinesMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team membersDevelop and maintain client relationships participating in client meetings and presentationsEnsure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practicesContribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal writing and cost estimationsStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organizationQualifications : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters degree preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredMinimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related fieldExperience in Rail/MetroAdvanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practicesProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent project management skills including the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneouslyProven experience in design development and implementation of mechanical systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of industry standards regulations and sustainable design practicesExperience working on projects in the Middle East region is a plusWillingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally to other countries in the regionAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
