Senior Associate Master Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Associate – Master Planning to support the design and delivery of large-scale, high-impact master planning projects. This role plays a key part in translating vision into actionable, innovative, and sustainable development plans across diverse real estate portfolios.The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to manage the full master planning lifecycle—from visioning and land use strategy to detailed plan review and execution—ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, infrastructure, feasibility, and deliveryManage and review master planning outputs at all stages, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (including DMT requirements)Translate strategic vision into practical, high-quality development plansProvide design leadership, technical guidance, and problem-solving on complex projectsEngage with senior stakeholders and present design strategies and progress updatesSupport procurement processes, including RFPs, design briefs, and consultant coordinationDrive innovation, sustainability, and global best practices in master planningRequirementsDegree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or related field8–10 years of experience in real estate development and master planningStrong experience in the UAE/GCC regionProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projectsExcellent design, communication, and stakeholder management skillsIf you are passionate about shaping future communities and delivering world-class developments, we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
