The RoleMada Media, a leading privately‑owned outdoor media entity in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Associate.The role of the FP&A Senior Associate is integral to the financial planning and decision‑making process of the company. The work involves rigorous financial analysis, trend monitoring, and accurate forecasting that underscore the corporate strategies of the company.Additionally, they will conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions and prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Their work will support the development of long‑term financial strategies and contribute to optimizing resource allocation, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated and utilized in decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in development of the annual budget and periodic financial forecastsCollaborate with various functional leads to gather relevant information for accurate budgeting and forecasting including market analysis, competitive information, segment / industry growth, delve into pipeline of opportunitiesCollaborate with other departments to analyse financial performance against key performance indicator’s (KPI’s)Analyse variances between actual financial results and budget/forecasted figuresBuild and maintain complex financial models to analyse and project the financial performance of the organizationConduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different business decisions on financial outcomesPrepare and present regular financial reports and performance metrics to senior managementCreate dashboards and reports that highlight key financial indicators for decision‑makingContribute to the development of long‑term financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goalsAnalyse and interpret financial trends, market trends, and industry benchmarks to assess the company’s financial performancePerform profitability & cost analysis to identify areas of cost savings, efficiency improvements, and optimization of resource allocationPerform profitability analysis at contract level and compare them against budgetShared cost allocation methodology is well defined and adopted for the financial reportingImplement and manage financial planning tools and software to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of forecasting and planning processesQualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. CA/CPA/CFA certification or a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent qualificationAt least 8 years of experience as a finance lead or a similar roleProficient in building and maintaining complex financial models for analysis and projectionAbility to analyse financial data, conduct scenario analysis, and interpret variancesEffective communication skills to present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior managementExperience in the development of long‑term financial strategies aligned with growth objectives of the organisationSkill in creating dashboards and reports that highlight key financial indicators for decision‑makingWorking knowledge of Oracle GRP and Oracle HyperionFluent in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
