Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong Senior Associate - Landscape to join our growing team and help lead the delivery of complex landscape architecture projects across the region. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing design teams developing robust technical solutions and ensuring quality and consistency from concept through to construction. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design vision and built reality working closely with clients consultants and internal teams to deliver award-winning landscape environments.Responsibilities:Lead the technical development and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects across all design stages with a focus on detail design and construction documentation.Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest technical standards.Oversee the preparation of drawings and specifications and tender documentation with a strong understanding of regional practices.Coordinate closely with internal teams (urban design architecture engineering) and external consultants to ensure design integration and technical coherence.Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level landscape architects providing guidance on technical detailing documentation standards and best practices.Review and approve work produced by the team to ensure quality control and alignment with project requirements and office standards.Provide training and support in software tools material use and detailing strategies.Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on technical matters.Participate in client meetings design reviews and site visits to provide technical expertise and resolve design or construction issues.Support the preparation of technical reports design narratives and presentations.Assist senior leadership in project proposals fee development and resource planning as needed.Contribute to the strategic growth of the landscape team by identifying technical gaps and opportunities for innovation.Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in either Architecture or Landscape if the former candidates should ideally hold an MSc in Landscape 12 years experience within Landscape ArchitectureAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
