Senior Associate - Graphic Design

Job PurposeTo lead and deliver high-quality graphic design and presentation materials for the Design & Masterplanning team, ensuring clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visual communication for internal and external stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce executive-level presentations, reports, boards, and visual materials for design and masterplanning projects.Translate technical content into structured, visually engaging formats suitable for senior management, clients, and partners.Create infographics, diagrams, layouts, and visual storytelling tools to support project narratives.Ensure all outputs comply with Aldar brand guidelines and presentation standards.Collaborate with architects, planners, development to consolidate and structure content.Manage multiple submissions and tight deadlines with high attention to detail and quality control.Maintain and enhance presentation templates, graphic systems, and visual libraries for the Design team.Technical And Interpersonal SkillsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within real estate, architecture, urban design, or consultancy environments.Demonstrated experience preparing senior management and client-facing presentations.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Strong expertise in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.Strong layout, typography, and information hierarchy skills.Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear visual narratives.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
