Job Description Role Overview: As an Associate Agentic Developer in the Agentic Automation Advisory team at PwC, you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making, and driving business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting process mining, designing automation solutions, and implementing intelligent process automation and digital workflow solutions to help clients achieve operational efficiencies and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop intelligent automation solutions using agentic frameworks - Integrate generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques - Utilize Python and various LLMs (open-source & closed-source) for scalable automation workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes - Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions - Stay updated with the latest trends in agentic automation, generative AI, and LLM technologies Qualifications Required: - Expert Python programming skills - Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn - Worked with closed-source LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini etc.) - Build and deploy RAG pipelines for automation tasks - Experience with SQL and Vector database - Prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models - Worked with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) - Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience in working with Linux (Ubuntu) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proactive and quick learner of emerging technologies Additional Details: At PwC, you will be part of a purpose-led and values-driven work environment that rewards contributions, supports wellbeing, and offers inclusive benefits.
