Responsibilities Working with HP's networking technology mainly Aruba for access switches, wireless, and Aruba NAC solution ClearPass. Establish the network environment by designing system configurations, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. Do the configuration of LAN, WAN and wireless equipment. Prepare NIP and NRFU and final project documents. Have VMWare and security knowledge. Successfully resolve complex technical issues involving hardware and software for internal or external businesses. Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as configuration and repair issues, based on customer entitlement. Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users in avoiding or reducing problem occurrence. Act as a project lead providing on site support to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision making processes. Document new issue resolution techniques and add these to the knowledge base. Partner with the Project Managers to provide SOW, HLD, LLD, and project documentation. Partner with the Project Managers to sign off projects at the planned time. Participate in 24x7 rota to provide second level support for contracted customers. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of technology solutions to meet customers' business needs. Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time and follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, and update the Service Manager cases on time.
