Senior Architectural Technician

<div><p>We're looking for a Senior Architectural Technician who specialises working on projects from concept through to completion on high-end, award winning and technically demanding projects.</p><p>High-caliber individuals are required who have strong technical detailing skills that can be responsible for maintaining company standards as well as producing and overseeing construction drawings on complex large-scale projects.</p><p>You will be required to work as part of a team to review and deliver full drawing packages on residential, hotel, commercial, mixed-use and leisure projects.</p><h3>Day to day duties will include:</h3><ul><li>Managing and overseeing the Project Architects.</li><li>Coordinate and chair meetings with the sub consultants.</li><li>Produce regular project report updates. Ensure project deadlines are met.</li><li>Liaise with local authorities.</li><li>Liaise with sub consultants, consultants, contractors and suppliers.</li><li>Assist the team with project management.</li><li>Review and amend all Project Architects drawings.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelors in Architecture</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience</li><li>Excellent AutoCAD, MS Project and Revit skills</li><li>Has the gravitas to work across multiple sectors on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Must be able to demonstrate previous experience maintaining company technical standards</li><li>MCIAT or TCIAT qualification would be very beneficial</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>20-32,000 AED</li><li>Annual Bonus</li><li>20 days holiday</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
