The role is responsible for managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes across large-scale aviation projects.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the architectural design team for Concourse C works.</li><li>Oversee design development from concept through detailed design.</li><li>Coordinate architectural design activities with MEP, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with aviation standards, authority requirements, and project briefs.</li><li>Review and approve design deliverables, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.</li></ul><h3>Key Qualifications And Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.</li><li>15+ years’ experience in architectural design for large-scale projects.</li><li>Proven experience leading architectural design teams.</li><li>Direct exposure to Concourse C or similar airport terminal facilities.</li><li>Strong experience in design coordination and stakeholder management.</li></ul><h3>Key Knowledge And Skills</h3><ul><li>Expert knowledge of architectural design principles for aviation projects.</li><li>Strong multidisciplinary coordination and interface management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in design reviews, technical approvals, and quality assurance.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and team mentoring capabilities.</li></ul><h3>How To Apply</h3><p>Please submit your application through our official careers portal.
