With a strong foundation in local heritage and global standards, we are committed to building lasting relationships and enriching the construction industry in the Kingdom.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect Site Engineer specializing in luxury finishing works to lead and deliver high-end projects including 5-star hospitality, luxury palaces, and premium fit-outs.The ideal candidate will bring strong site experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to ensure flawless execution in line with design intent and international quality standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards, ensuring project success within budgetary constraints.ResponsibilitiesOversee and monitor the execution of all architectural works on-site ensuring strict compliance with project documents and quality manuals.Supervise all finishing works (interior & exterior) to meet 5-star luxury standards.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mockups.Efficiently manage and resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) related to architectural scope.Lead coordination with all project disciplines (Structural, MEP, Interior Design).Ensure execution aligns with design intent, specifications, and approved materials.Monitor quality control, inspections, and site progress.Identify and resolve technical challenges related to finishes and detailing.Support value engineering initiatives without compromising quality.Ensure timely delivery of works within project timelines.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture.10+ years of direct site-based experience.Proven experience in high-end projects (Luxury Palaces, 5-Star Hotels, High-End Fit-Outs).Strong expertise in architectural finishes, materials, and detailing.Working knowledge of: AutoCAD, RevitStrong understanding of quality standards and execution procedures.Ability to lead coordination across multiple disciplines.Must be available to join immediately and living in Jeddah.Registered Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Procore is a plus.Strong technical knowledge of exterior and interior details and materials.Strong leadership and site management skills.Why Join Us?Innovative Environment: Work on high-profile construction projects across KSA.Career Growth: Long-term career development and internal advancement opportunities.Collaborative Culture: Join a professional team that values quality, compliance, and teamwork.CompanyProbuilderIndustryConstructionLocationJeddah, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaWork TypeOn-siteSalary RangeStarts from 10,000 SARApplication periodtill 04/04/2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
