Senior Architect

Richmond is seeking a Senior Architect with a strong passion for design excellence to join our team. This role is primarily focused on conceptual and design development, shaping projects from early vision through detailed design.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to conceptual, schematic, and design development phasesDrive overall design vision, quality, and consistency across projectsProduce and oversee high-quality design drawings, presentations, and visualizationsCollaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholdersParticipate in design reviews, charrettes, and client presentationsEnsure designs align with project goals, budgets, and schedulesQualificationsBachelor degree in Architecture is requiredRegistered Architect with the SCE8+ years of professional experience, with a strong design portfolioProven leadership in architectural design on complex projectsAdvanced proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and constructabilityExcellent communication and presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
