Senior Architect

Responsibilities:Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of RTD, working effectively in a diverse work environment.Prepares reviews and evaluates contract technical specification for architectural elements of capital improvement projects.Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates to support other engineers, RTD staff and consultants.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Minimum 20 years experience.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.Ability to independently evaluate, select and modify standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce environment.About The Company:Propel Consult delivers a service in step with the needs of both our client companies and candidates.
