The role involves leading the architectural design and coordination of large-scale developments, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, client specifications, and sustainability standards. Regular site visits will be required to oversee construction progress, quality, and alignment with the approved architectural design.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design and coordination for large-scale luxury residential and high-rise developments.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design teams.Ensure all architectural designs comply with local regulations, client requirements, and sustainability standards.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and drafting teams.Act as a key liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Oversee REVIT-based project documentation and BIM coordination across all project stages.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural design.#J-18808-Ljbffr
