Senior Architect

<div><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a highly skilled<b>Senior Architect</b>to join our consultancy firm for the supervision and design coordination of a prestigious leader responsible for delivering and managing high-quality architectural designs. This role demands strong conceptual design capabilities, technical development expertise, and interdisciplinary coordination, supported by deep knowledge of BIM tools and workflows.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Design Leadership&Creative Development</h3><ul><li>Develop innovative concept and schematic designs aligned with client vision and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive design narratives, concept boards, and façade studies.</li><li>Present, communicate, and defend design concepts to clients and key stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure design excellence, creativity, and technical accuracy across all project stages.</li></ul><h3>Technical Management&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the architectural team throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams to ensure seamless interdisciplinary integration.</li><li>Review and approve architectural drawings for compliance with SBC and MOMRAH standards.</li><li>Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews to ensure all deliverables meet internal and client quality standards.</li></ul><h3>BIM Integration&Digital Design</h3><ul><li>Lead architectural BIM workflows in close collaboration with the BIM Manager.</li><li>Oversee Revit model development and ensure accuracy in line with required LOD for each project stage.</li><li>Maintain and enhance architectural libraries and digital standards within Autodesk Collaborate Pro.</li><li>Apply advanced BIM expertise to streamline coordination, improve efficiency, and enhance design communication.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree or international design qualification preferred).</li><li>12–15 years of architectural experience.</li><li>Demonstrated strength in concept design, façade development, and technical delivery.</li><li>High proficiency in Revit<b>MODELING</b>AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination.</li><li>Saudi Council of Engineers registration required.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Conceptual Design&Creativity</li><li>BIM Modeling, Workflow&Coordination</li><li>Technical Detailing&Design Delivery</li><li>Leadership&Team Development</li><li>Client&Authority Communication</li><li>QA/QC&Design Quality Management</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
