As the AIML Senior Annotation Analyst Team Lead at Apple, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Senior Annotation Analysts (SAA), ensuring operational success, mentoring career growth, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and development support to 25-30 SAA team members
- Identify, promote, and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals
- Support employees' success through relationship-building and understanding individual motivations
- Oversee performance management and ensure operational metrics are met on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Execute management tasks such as leading staff meetings, conducting one-on-one sessions, hiring, training, and performance development
- Drive operational improvements, team collaboration, and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges
- Establish effective working relationships and communication channels with internal partners

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a people management capacity in a large or multi-site inbound contact center or similar dynamic environment supervising 20-30 employees
- Experience leading in a professional environment
- Knowledge of contact centre management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics, with the ability to innovate and improve as needed
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners
- Prioritize coaching needs and experienced in developing employees for optimal results
- Develop coaching plans based on observations and key performance trends
- Maintain high-quality work standards by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, tailoring messages to the audience
- Solution-oriented leader demonstrating creativity and curiosity
