Job Description
Job Description As an Xactly Product Development Internal Consultant (Senior Analyst) at Wolters Kluwer, you will be joining the Xactly Center of Excellence (COE) team that supports 5 core divisions and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. Your main responsibility will be to support the administration and adoption of the Xactly platform and sales incentive compensation architecture to drive operational excellence globally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ideating and developing solutions in Xactly to modernize internal operations and drive business value
- Supporting the development of architectures and processes to govern data models, security, and retention across the sales compensation program's ecosystem
- Implementing advanced processes, functionality, and ensuring global technical preparedness for all commissions systems
- Providing advanced technical support to resolve challenges for the business effectively
- Supporting configuration and deployment deployments across environments and instances
- Partnering cross-functionally with various departments like Sales, Sales Operations, IT, HR, etc.
- Configuring and deploying commission/incentive plans, workflows, and custom apps in Xactly Extend
Qualifications required for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in Xactly development/configuration
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Xactly Connect, Extend, Reporting, Administrator, and Plan Configuration Certification(s) or ability to obtain after onboarding
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, communication, persuasion, presentation, organization, and root cause analysis
- Experience in Xactly Administration, Plan Configuration, Analytics, Intake & Assess, Data Governance, Integrations, Deployments, and Coding (SQL)
Nice to have qualifications:
- Certifications from other ICM systems such as Varicent, SAP-Callidus
- Additional coding skills in Python, Java, C++, etc.
