With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting an Senior Analyst - Transport & Land Use for our client based in Dubai, UAE for a Period of 8 Months.Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst - Transport & Land Use provides analytical, planning, and technical support to transport capacity planning and land-use development initiatives. The role contributes to the creation of transport capacity concepts, land-use strategies, and operational layouts that enable safe, efficient, and integrated movement of people and vehicles across both airside and landside environments.Job Responsibilities1. Capacity Planning & Demand Analysis:Support capacity planning by translating traffic forecasts and service-level targets into phased infrastructure and capacity requirements.Analyse operational performance data to establish baselines and support capacity modelling.Contribute analytical inputs to Strategic Briefs and business cases for master plans.2. Concept Development & Impact Assessment:Assess the operational impact of proposed changes, capacity enhancements, and constraints.Support development of concept layouts and Concepts of Operations (ConOps).Assist in reviewing internal and external proposals, logistics plans, and infrastructure schemes.3. Airport Land Use Planning Support:Capture, analyse, and prioritise land-use requirements aligned with capacity and operational needs.Support validation of User Requirement Specifications (URS).Contribute to maintaining and updating Airport Land Use Plans and associated spatial databases.4. Service Proposition & Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with internal stakeholders to define service propositions informing capacity and master planning.Analyse planning assumptions to ensure alignment with operational objectives and standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.5-7 years total experience, with 3-5 years in transport planning, traffic engineering, land-use development, or relevant infrastructure roles.Experience in airport, transport planning, or major infrastructure environments preferred.Working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoTURN, MicroStation, and ArcGIS.Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or safety compliance are advantageous.Strong experience in traffic engineering, transport planning, or road infrastructure design.Ability to read and develop architectural and transport layouts using AutoCAD.Exposure to modelling tools such as VISUM, VISSIM, or SIDRA is an advantage.Ability to analyse operational and capacity performance data.Strong communication, organisation, and independent working skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
