Senior Analyst - HR Reporting and Data Analytics

Job Description As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst at Accenture, your role will involve hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. You will be responsible for both standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one-time) reporting requests, working closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant reporting outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications - Extract and prepare data from Workday and/or other HR systems for reporting and analysis - Build and maintain automated Excel-based reports using formulas - Analyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support decision-making with relevant insights - Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing - Maintain clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sources - Collaborate with team members and respond to data/reporting queries from stakeholders - Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks - Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling - Work in Night shifts (US hours) to support global reporting cycles and client time zones Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
