Senior Analyst - Client Reporting

OverviewTruDoc is a healthcare platform delivering end-to-end virtual, hybrid, and home-based care solutions—partnering with insurers, TPAs, and healthcare stakeholders to improve access, quality, and outcomes through technology-enabled care.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Analyst – Client Reporting to lead reporting and analytics delivery for Insurance Companies and TPAs. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role, responsible for building insightful reports, conducting deep RCA on business performance, and driving automation and standardization in the reporting process.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver client reports (Insurance & TPA stakeholders) with clear interpretation of KPIs and trendsPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across operational, financial, and service performance metrics to identify drivers and actionsLead client meetings to explain reports, present insights, and capture new requirementsTranslate requirements into reporting logic and scalable analytics deliverablesCoordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and data accuracyDrive automation and standardization of recurring reports, templates, and KPI definitionsBuild and maintain CXO-level dashboards for internal leadership reporting and decision-makingAnalytics & ReportingStrong hands-on experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and insight generationAbility to structure ambiguous problems and provide business-ready recommendationsTechnical SkillsSQL (Advanced) – joins, aggregations, window functionsExcel/Google Sheets (Advanced) – pivots, automation, structured reportingBI Tools: Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Superset (any relevant tool)Good to have : Python (pandas, reporting automation)Client & Stakeholder ManagementExcellent communication and presentation skillsConfidence in handling senior external stakeholders and explaining insights clearlyStrong requirement gathering and expectation managementPreferred Experience4–7+ years experience in analytics / reporting / BI rolesPrior exposure to Healthcare / Insurance / TPA reporting is a strong advantageExperience working with large datasets and multi-team coordination environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-quality reports delivered with strong client satisfaction and accuracyFaster reporting cycles through automation and standardizationImproved visibility through CXO dashboards and actionable internal insightsReduced recurring reporting issues via better governance and inter-team alignmentWhy Join TruDocClient-facing analytics role with fast growth potentialHigh impact work supporting healthcare innovation and measurable outcomesOpportunity to build scalable reporting systems and analytics foundationsWork in multi-cultural team with relocation to Dubai#J-18808-Ljbffr
