<div><p>Support Commercial Finance Manager in managing both Order To Cash and Marketing cycles including following up with accountants at the distribution centers , monitoring the Distribution centers accountantdaily , weekly and monthly tasks as well as follow up with the customers and make sure that the existing policies and procedures are in place.</p><h3>Principal Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Daily follow up with the distribution centers accountants and make sure that daily , weekly and monthly tasks are fulfilled .</li><li>Conducting weekly meeting with the distribution centers accountants and unit sales managers reviewing the overdue on ca customer level , agree on the action plan and follow up on the agreed-on action plan .</li><li>Supporting the Commercial finance manager and make sure of 100% compliance with regarding customer’s reconciliation.</li><li>Manage both export and co-packing sales channels including credit assessment, balance confirmation , and monthly closing.</li><li>Conduct compliance visits as per the set and approved plan by the Finance Director.</li><li>Responsible for marketing process from control standpoint , working closely with financial planning and marketing teams regarding marketing cycle as well as make sure of frequent reconciliation as per the set controls.</li><li>Bachelor degree – Faculty of commerce.</li><li>Worked on ERP data base and SAP is plus preferable.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
